Handling heavy or bulky items, picking and packing orders is no mean feat. For this reason, warehouses and other environments need high-quality picking trolleys in order to function safely and efficiently.
This particular type of trolley (otherwise known as picking carts) will usually comprise of a frame that holds boxes or bags, and are commonly used in warehouse environments to fulfil orders. What are the different types of picking trolleys?
No workplace is the same as another, which is why there is a variety of picking trolleys to choose from. These are just a few of the trolleys we have available.
- Picking Trolleys with Steps:: These are designed to help in all sorts of picking and packing environments. Our warehouse picking trolleys have excellent non-slip ladder steps to help operators reach higher areas safely and easily. They also come fitted with handrails both on the sides of the steps and at the top to reduce the chance of falls. Our trolleys also have a large basket with mesh sides, which both prevent items from falling out and allow the user a full view of the contents inside.
- Picking Trolleys with removable bags: These trolleys are ideal for those who deal with soft, lightweight or irregular-shaped items in their workplace. These trolleys come with heavy-duty, removable bags. When the bag is not being used, our trolleys also have a metal base for storing flat items. The boxes themselves are interchangeable on the trolley, making loading and unloading a breeze.
