NON DELIVERY AND DAMAGED GOODS

RETURNS
We are sure you will be entirely satisfied with all products purchased through our website. However, in the unlikely event that you wish to return an item to us, please telephone us to arrange. This does not affect your statutory rights. Goods in good condition will only be accepted for return by prior written agreement with 14 days of receipt.
After 21 days of dispatch, we will assume that you are happy with your goods and return is not available.
Goods manufactured specially for Reseller will not be accepted for credit.
NO FAULT RETURNS
No fault returns will be free of charge e.g damaged product or not the correct product.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
If you wish to return your product please follow the following procedure
- Contact us to let us know, quoting your order number and reason for return. Please also let us know if you wish to receive replacement goods or a refund. Link to contact us page
- Goods must be returned in their original packaging.
- We will arrange for our carrier to collect the product. We require the goods to be available for collection during normal business hours and goods must be returned in their original condition.
- Replacement goods will be despatched or refunds will be processed after receipt by us of the returned goods.
- If you paid extra for next day delivery or an enhanced delivery, unfortunately this is not refundable.
REFUNDS
Refunds are given at the discretion of Bluetrolley. Please contact our Sales Team to discuss. Made to measure and/or bespoke goods are not applicable for refunds.
