Delivery Questions:

What are your delivery rates?

We sell a lot of bulky and heavy items which are quite expensive to deliver. However, we try our best to keep our delivery costs as low as we can. We ensure we use the most appropriate carrier for our goods to keep the costs down.

Do you offer express or bulk delivery for multiple items?

We offer discounts on bulk orders, and orders from Bluetrolley.com are usually delivered within 2-3 working days of purchase, between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Need your item sooner? Talk to our team to explore your options.

Why hasn't my delivery arrived? 

Our couriers will usually deliver between 9am and 5pm Mondays to Friday. Orders are usually delivered within 2‐3 days. However, sometimes there may be conditions outside of our control. But, on the few occasions that this may happen, it is more than likely that your order will arrive the following day. However, if your delivery has not arrived contact customer services on 0300 3032549 or email sales@bluetrolley.com where we will track your delivery and do our best to rearrange a delivery date convenient to you.

Can I collect my order directly instead of arranging delivery?

Absolutely - and if you’d prefer to collect your order you’re entitled to a discount! Simply add your chosen product/s to your basket and select the collection option at checkout. Then get in touch with our friendly sales team to arrange a collection to suit you.

Orders can be collected from our factory in Cardiff. If you would like to collect your order, please advise us 24 hours prior collection on 0300 3032549.

Payment and Invoice Questions

Do I have to pay by credit/debit card?

No, we can accept payment by BACS, CHAPS or PayPal. We can also accept a cheque but need 7 working days for it to clear before we can dispatch your order. Please telephone our Sales Team on 0300 3032549 if you have any queries regarding payment.

Can I have a pro‐forma invoice?

Yes, if you require us to send you a pro‐forma invoice please contact our sales team and we will email, fax or post your pro‐forma invoice for you.

Do you provide invoices and VAT receipts for business purchases?

Of course. Your order confirmation and VAT receipt will be emailed to you shortly after checkout. You’ll also be able to find your order details and VAT receipt on your online account, but if you have any issues, our friendly team is on hand to help

Can I open a credit account?

We offer credit accounts to businesses and public sector bodies who either have a long‐standing trading history with us or who intend to trade with us on a regular, high‐value basis. Credit accounts are subject to terms and conditions, trading status and credit control checks. We can only offer credit accounts to customers who spend at least £3K per annum.

Do you have a catalogue? 

Our website lists all of our full range of products. However, we can offer a catalogue containing our most popular products. If you would like to order a copy, please contact our sales team.


Product Questions:

Do I need to assemble the trolley myself, or does it arrive ready to use?

Most of our trolleys come fully assembled, while our platform trolley range typically just requires the handle to be fitted before it can be used. This is simple and easy to do yourself with our instructions but if you have any issues, get in touch with our team and they'd be happy to help. 

Can I order custom or made-to-measure trolleys?

Of course. We manufacture trucks and trolleys in hundreds of different sizes and styles, so we might already have your manual handling solution in stock and ready to go. On many products, we also offer a choice of storage features or wheels and castors so you can pick the best option for your application.

Quality and Warranty Questions:

Are your products covered by a warranty or guarantee?

Our products are designed and manufactured in the UK to achieve top quality and durability, so you can rest assured your solution will stand the test of time. However, we also offer a three-year guarantee on all our products so you’re covered in the unlikely event you encounter any issues.

What happens if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

At Bluetrolley.com, we have an unrelenting commitment to high quality. Every product is manufactured to industry standards and our own high expectations. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives faulty or damaged, please let us know straight away within three days of delivery. Find more information here
