DFYNE Case Study: Bespoke Trolleys Delivered Fast for Scottish Activewear Brand

On the 15th October, we received an enquiry from DFYNE, a Scottish activewear manufacturer, who were seeking a custom trolley provider to produce an order of more than 30 bespoke trolleys. They requested two types, one for standard order picking, and the other for large orders. 

With tight deadlines, DFYNE needed the trolleys delivered within five weeks. This wasn’t a problem for us as our fantastic team can work quickly, delivering a high-quality product every time. After receiving the official order on the 3rd November, we completed production in just 14 working days, with the trolleys ready by the 20th.

It began as just a concept….

We then made a recommendation to increase the width of the base for strength and created the first prototype in our warehouse.

Once the framework was finished, we instructed a specialist wireworker to create the mesh panels.

We were thrilled to be able to make this large order work for our client within their timeline.
